Hey guys, more proof that I'm feeding myself! I'm actually pretty proud of this one, I'm not gonna lie. It's baked salmon with dill and lemon, and roasted potatoes and onions! I know! Fancy!
Anyways, I know I haven't posted in a while, but it's been a crazy few weeks for me. I went to Rome (pictures and posts to come!) and for the past two weeks it has been paper-writing season for me! Needless to say, with me holed up in the library writing papers, I haven't had much time or inclination to write blog posts that will do my adventures any justice. But just know that they are coming and you should be excited!
